Warranty Policy

3 Year Warrenty on Silk Comforters

This warranty covers any damages or defects caused by the workmanship or materials of this product for three years.  It does not cover damages caused by mistreatments (failures to follow care instructions) of this product or by natural disasters.  Bed of Silk will exchange or repair the product under this warranty only.  

Return Policy

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all products sold on www.bedofsilk.com

All products must be returned in their original packaging & unopened, to be resellable.  In the event of a return, the purchase price of your product will be refunded, less shipping costs. You will also be liable for all return shipping costs.

Please be aware that products with SHIPPING INCLUDED will still have shipping charges deducted from your refund, in the event of a return.

Our Return Procedures

(1)  Contact us with your return request via phone, fax or email.

(2)  You will be given a returned merchandise authorization (RMA) number.

(3)  Attach RMA# to package.

(4)  Send package back to shipper (we will provide address).

(5)  Credit is given when received, inspected, and processed.

(6)  RMA # will expire 30 days from issue, so please send package immediately upon issue.

If you need to exchange merchandise becuase it is damaged or defective, please notify us within 1 business day upon receipt.

Privacy

The contact information we require from all customers (like their names and email addresses) are used for our record only, we will use them to show customers the content that we think they might be interested, and to display the content according to their preferences.  We use the contact information to process orders, and to use customer contact information to get in touch with them when necessary.  We use all financial information exclusively for our products and services.  We do not sell unique demographic information; i.e. we will not sell your name, address and/or email address.

Shipping Policy

Bed of Silk will make every effort to send out your order within 3-5 business days.  You will be notified in the event of any delays.

Special Order Items:  Comforters, Duvet Covers, & Sheet Sets in the Imperial Silk & Hotel Silk Collections will take 4-6 weeks delivery.

Again, you will be notified via email if the delivery is expected to be longer than the 6 week time frame.

If you need regularly stocked items shipped in any other manner such as: 2nd Day, Next Day, etc., there will be additional charges applied to your order.  They will be calculated upon receipt of order, and then the applicable charges will be applied to your order. 

All Orders are shipped UPS ground unless otherwise stated.  Shipping Charges are included in the total reflected sell price of the item(s) ordered. Orders only shipped within the United States. There is no cancellation of orders; however should you need to return the item for any reason, upon arrival please follow the return policy listed below.
